Troubleshooting Checklist

1. App won’t launch – Restart your iPhone. If it still fails, delete and reinstall PillPal; data returns when you restore from a recent device backup.

2. Camera or photo access denied – Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera/Photos and enable PillPal.

3. Low storage warning won’t clear – Open the medication, tap “Restock,” update the remaining quantity; alerts clear once above the threshold.

4. Dose history missing after deletion – History is always preserved. Use the History tab filter and select “All medications.”

5. App crashes after photo capture – Confirm Photos access is granted. If crashes persist, email us the steps you took plus a screenshot if possible.

Data Requests

Exporting your data: Use the built-in CSV export in the History view. Files stay on-device until you share them.

Deleting support records: Email us with the subject “Support Data Deletion.” We remove prior conversations within 30 days unless legally required to retain them.

PillPal supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and high-contrast themes. If you encounter accessibility barriers, email us with the subject “Accessibility Feedback” so we can prioritize fixes.
